Operations Excellence Professional
We are seeking an ambitious Operations Professional to drive business growth and operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, scheduling, and documentation to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
- Analyze existing processes and develop strategies to achieve operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support administrative tasks and projects.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive clinic network and implementation of new operational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Singaporean nationality or permanent residence required.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or marketing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design/marketing tools.
- Prior experience in TCM group or chain clinic operations is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is necessary for effective communication regarding TCM treatment protocols and supplier coordination.
