Business Operations Manager Role

This is a senior leadership position based in our Singapore office, working on a full-time permanent basis.

The team works closely with various regional teams and partners to deliver global capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office operations and facilities management across Southeast Asia, implementing best practices and efficiencies.
  • Ensuring a safe, secure, compliant, and sustainable workplace, including sustainability initiatives.
  • Providing timely and cost-effective services to stakeholders and employees.
  • Instilling a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Overseeing compliance with internal policies and procedures, and maintaining strict adherence to in-country requirements.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and reducing manual efforts.
  • Developing and managing operational and capital budgets, reviewing spending, and presenting variance analysis.
  • Implementing cost-saving measures and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Developing and reporting on real estate strategy and capital spend plans.
  • Preparing and reporting on monthly performance assessments through scorecards and data analysis.
  • Building strategic partnerships and trust with key stakeholders, business leaders, and employees.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of professionals in Southeast Asia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10-12 years of experience in multinational companies, leading office operations and facilities management
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in culturally inclusive teams
  • 5-7 years of budget development and management experience
  • Thorough understanding of project management and best practices
  • Proven track record of business partnering and stakeholder management
  • Experience in lean methodology and implementation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Word

  • Strategy and facilities project management
