We conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure that all our teams are working in sync with one another, and bring up potential issues to the attention of those responsible.The candidate will be required to inspect multiple areas of a building, have a keen eye for detail, and have a holistic understanding of administrative, M&E, and customer experience in relation to the facilities management industry.Responsibilities:* 1. Perform site audits across the projects we manage, administer surveys, and prepare working papers that are aligned with internal audit standards 2. Analyze how risks can be mitigated, and identify the root cause of related issues 3. Communicate the audit findings via written reports to the site manager, which includes highlighting areas for improvement and recommendations for bridging performance gaps 4. Other ad-hoc duties relating to office facilities, and office administration (as and when necessary) Required Skills and Qualifications:
