Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and proactive professional to join our Policy Servicing team as an Associate Client Service Specialist. This role will involve handling various tasks, including processing customer requests, managing internal communications, and ensuring smooth execution of policy servicing processes.

  • Manage daily operations and administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Process customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and service level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A diploma in Insurance, Business, or equivalent professional qualifications is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles is preferred.

Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
