Responsibilities • Implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs and ensure efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding new hires and exits. • Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process. • Partner with HODs to identify business challenges and propose possible solutions. • Provide on-going performance management guidance to HODs and line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management exercise. • Provide guidance to HODs and staff to deliver accurate and timely answers to staff queries. • Resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations, where necessary • Annual manpower and budgeting exercise. • Participate in projects when assigned. Requirements • At least 8 years of relevant HR working experience. HR Experience in healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. • Team player, independent, resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic work environment. • Meticulous and strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building manpower dashboards, etc. • Good numeric sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
