Build a strong and stable relationship with all heads and key stakeholders across all operating entities. Identify new business development opportunities to grow the channel within the region and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders on executing the acquisitions. Directly coordinate and develop key Partner relationships on a regional basis and build long-term sustainable business models. What You Bring Min Degree qualified with at least 12 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, of which at least 8+ years of experience in bancassurance/partnerships. Fluent in English, additional Asian languages desired. Possess sound knowledge of sales, sales processes, and trend identification as well as a profound understanding of products and back-office functions. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong stakeholder management ability. Team player with good interpersonal and relationship building skills. Solid track record in past positions.
