Duties and responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly payroll, CPF Contribution, IR8A / IR21.
Handle staff expense claims and reimbursements in a timely manner.
Prepare HR reports with manpower headcounts and costs to facilitate management decisions.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions entry for Accountant
Invoices / Reports / contact customers, supporting internal audits and compliance requirements.
Control and process Accounts Receivable as well as Account Payable
Follow-up closely with overdue debtors.
Handle production costs calculation via setting up bill of materials
Inventory management and recording into accounting system
Liaise and Support with various departments on daily operation and reporting.
Assist in preparing month-end reporting schedules including stock take.
Participate in financial reviews and year end audits
Maintain filing and documents tracking.
Ad-hoc duties when required.
HR Responsibilities:
Development of a positive and collaborative work culture.
Maintain and update staff records in the HR database, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interview and onboarding new hires.
Handle employee compensation and benefits, performance management, disciplinary letters & termination and safety compliance.
Manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign staff with all the relevant documentations.
Oversee employee leave management, medical claims, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, including maintaining HACCP, ISO and BizSafe certifications.
Support employee relations, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
