About the Company:
Our client is a US distribution and customer support subsidiary of popular exercise and hobby equipment manufacturers, offering products such as cases, clothing, camping equipment, luggage, and accessories. They sell their products through boating and sporting goods retailers in the US, Canada, Central, and South America, and provide equipment maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales support.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Develop effective sales strategies for company's products.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers and distributors.
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned SEA region.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum A-Level, Diploma or above education.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably B2B experience.
- Proven sales success, preferably in sporting goods but not required.
- Strong understanding of the SEA market.
- Familiarity with fishing culture and experience in fishing equipment or related industry is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking key accounts.
- Sales-oriented individual with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel overseas within SEA and Asia when required.
