Administrative Support Role

The Centre for Lifelong Education seeks a highly organised and administratively strong professional to provide support for the delivery of Certificate and Short Courses.

This role involves assisting with course registration, administration, student support, logistics, and coordination with the team to ensure efficient and professional execution of programmes.

A key part of the role includes managing registration processes, both online and walk-in, and providing prompt and professional responses to enquiries. Maintaining learner records, verifying enrolment status, and supporting post-registration administration are also critical responsibilities.

In addition, you will coordinate logistics and facilities setup for classes, prepare commencement documents and student materials, and provide support to trainers where required. You will also assist the team with reporting, data consolidation, and general administrative duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimally a GCE 'O/N/A' Level or Diploma qualification, or equivalent.
  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in an education or training environment, is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organisational skills with attention to detail are essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently, is crucial.
