Executive Officer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Officer to join our team at the Centre for Lifelong Education.

The Centre for Lifelong Education is a leading institute for continuing education and training in arts, design and media. Our courses offer opportunities to upskill, reskill and develop new hobbies through our short courses and certificate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operations of the Centre for Lifelong Education
  • Handle course and workshop enquiries and maintain student records
  • Assist in course timetable planning and coordinate with colleagues and external parties for facilities and logistics
  • Liaise with stakeholders to keep courses on schedule
  • Provide marketing and publicity support by consolidating course information and coordinating with the team to produce collaterals

The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and lecturers to advise learners on suitable courses to meet their learning objectives, as well as performing other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma qualification in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in a marketing administrative environment
  • Be resourceful and proactive in addressing issues, possess good organisational and coordination skills, and be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in MS Office Suite and technologically flexible
