Singapore LIFELONG LEARNING INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. Full time

As a Manager, you will lead a team to support the Deputy Director in overseeing the overall development of the Lifelong Learning Institute Pte Ltd’s (LLI) outreach strategies and engagements.

Your primary responsibilities include the following:

- Develop, lead and drive outreach and engagement strategies across all channels such as digital marketing, events, direct outreach to target groups, with the use of LLI’s website and social media assets and marketing collaterals, to advance LLI’s reputation and promote its programme, events and initiatives. This includes strategic planning, conceptualising and managing events, programmes and content to promote lifelong learning.
- Establish new partnerships with external stakeholders and leverage existing partnership network, to manage engagements, events and outreach activities, as well as work with partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery of outreach activities.
- Manage a team of officers to support marketing communication efforts and events management, which includes providing strategic direction and guidance on executing operational requirements
- Any other responsibilities deemed important to support the overall efforts of Lifelong Learning Institute.

Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications
- At least 10 years of work experience in the public sector or similar with experience in areas such as events, marketing communication, partnership engagement, business development and planning
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Strong in critical thinking, problem solving, writing and stakeholder management, enjoy advocacy work
- Proactive and driven
- Adaptable and resilient to change
- Able to manage and operate strategically (big picture), yet meticulous and thorough
- Able to collaborate well and work effectively within and across teams
- Proven team leadership - able to motivate, nurture and guide team members to perform to the best of their abilities
