**About InsureTech Connect**

InsureTechConnect is the largest global gathering for innovation and transformation in the insurance industry. We were founded in 2016 and have been fostering the growth of our community since then. Our flagship event held in Vegas hosted more than 10,000 senior executives across the insurance, VCs and startup ecosystem since 2016. With the success of the Vegas event, an Asian edition - InsureTech Connect Asia was launched digitally in 2021 attracted close to 1,000 attendees. With ‘live’ events coming back, all future editions will be in-person.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns with support from Marketing Director
- Managing and segmenting data, identifying gaps, developing new data sources, and implementing data build and refresh plans
- Using marketing technology to craft exceptional customer journeys and qualify leads
- Overseeing the structure, implementation, and optimisation of conference data plans
- Developing innovative, revenue-generating ideas for campaigns in the portfolio
- Providing ongoing and post-campaign effectiveness reports, and recommend ongoing improvements
- Using digital channels and technologies to enhance online presence of the business
- Maintaining and updating event websites
- Managing the design, production, and distribution of all promotional materials
- Continuously analysing marketing metrics to improve campaign performance
- Assisting with the PR activity relating to the conference portfolio, researching material for press releases, and building relationships with relevant press and partners
- Building and managing relationships with external suppliers and negotiating prices
- Carrying out competitor analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Promoting a culture of testing and change to continuously drive improvement

**Knowledge**:

- A proven track record of implementing successful campaigns for B2B events and conferences
- Proven use and understanding of complex databases and segmentation techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Highly literate in digital marketing practices and channels such as Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Feathr campaigns and paid and organic social media campaigns
- Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce and Pardot
- Experience using a website CMS
