Are you an experienced Events Leader with a passion for delivering exceptional live, hybrid, and virtual experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join and lead our Delivery team in Singapore
At CAPITAL-e, we craft creative marketing programs, events, and experiences that forge meaningful connections between our clients and their most important audiences. We partner with some of the world's leading technology companies, helping them put their brand and customers first, globally and locally.
As our Events Production Manager, you will lead our production team in Singapore and oversee the end-to-end execution of events across Singapore and the wider Asia region. This full-time role reports directly to the Director of Delivery.
Overview
In this role, you will:
Lead the seamless delivery of a variety of events, from client conferences to executive dinners, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Develop and implement efficient operational systems, workflows, and templates to enhance delivery consistency and scalability.
Ensure all events comply with Singaporean regulations, including licensing, venue requirements, and safety standards.
Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing events team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Serve as a primary contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, managing expectations and delivering outstanding client experiences.
Oversee event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Drive innovation, embed industry best practices, and contribute to CAPITAL-e's commercial and creative strategy in the region.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in event production, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
A strong track record of delivering successful events in Singapore, with broader Asia exposure.
Confidence working in multicultural environments.
Exceptional organisational, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
Experience in large-scale public or corporate events.
Familiarity with industry-leading event management tools.
A positive attitude, strong team player mindset, and excellent people skills.
