To achieve this, we are looking for a strong leader to take charge of the entire APAC region and manage the local team focused on direct sales and partnerships. You will have full resources, a dedicated team of 6 people, your own marketing and PR budget, and support from the best product team in the industry to dominate your region. P2 P.org already has a strong presence in the Asian market, serving as a staking partner for companies like Matrixport, By Bit, OKX, Bitget, Bing X, and many of the largest VC funds. In 2025, our goal is 100% dominance in the staking segment across the region. Join us in this glorious hunt Responsibilities Lead strategic growth and performance across APAC, owning regional sales, revenue, and market share while reporting directly to the CCO Build and scale high-performing sales and partnerships teams Oversee and optimize regional budget allocation Strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients Drive the acquisition of key strategic clients and partners Manage the regional marketing budget and shape marketing activities directly Enjoy full freedom to propose new ideas and secure investment to bring them to life Requirements Based in Singapore or Hong Kong full-time 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or partnerships At least 2 years working in the crypto space Proven success in B2 B enterprise sales Hands-on experience hiring, onboarding, and managing direct sales or channel partnerships teams Conditions Competitive salary level in $ (we can also pay in Crypto) Compensation for education, including Foreign Language & professional growth courses Overseas conferences, community immersion Positive and friendly communication culture P2 P.org is an equal opportunity employer.
