Job Overview:
You will work in a leadership role overseeing the management of office facilities across multiple locations. This includes managing office lease agreements, conducting market research to identify suitable office spaces, and developing SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across all locations.
Daily Operations:
As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of all regional office facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and efficient. You will develop and implement SOPs and policies for facilities management and maintenance, as well as manage vendors and service providers for all facility-related services.
Office Design and Build:
One of your key responsibilities will be to lead office design and construction projects, including A&A projects across the region. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver quality office environments that enhance employee productivity. You will also oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have at least 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, office leasing, or project management, preferably in a regional role or multinational environment. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in languages relevant to the regional countries. Additionally, you must be able to travel frequently within the region as required.
