Job Summary:
"> Facilities Management Leader

You will oversee the management of office facilities across multiple locations, ensuring they are safe, functional, and efficient.

This includes managing lease agreements, conducting market research for suitable office spaces, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all locations.


Daily Operations:

As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of all regional office facilities.

Develop and implement SOPs and policies for facilities management and maintenance, as well as manage vendors and service providers for all facility-related services.


Office Design and Build:

Lead office design and construction projects, including Alterations and Additions projects across the region.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver quality office environments that enhance employee productivity.

Oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, office leasing, or project management, preferably in a regional role or multinational environment.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in languages relevant to the regional countries.

Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
