**Summary**
- Act as an interface with stakeholders in the region - Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore.
- Being the point of contact for FM and building landlord.
- Assist with tactical planning for the facilities team’s goals and objectives.
- Manage & maintain facility management tasks as assigned.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up with Japan HQ and regional local lead/representatives on data collections and coordination on key activity plans.
- Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall suer workplace experience and satisfaction.
- Assist with researching, analysing, and reporting budget.
- Work with team members to identify and respond to any financial or budgeting related issues.
- Help support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings.
- Assist management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary.
- Support requests associated with Management, Operations and Financial audits.
- Reporting to Japan HQ on facility related projects and updates as and when required.
- Handle Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, Sustainability Compliance, Physical Security Operations Management, Vendor/ Stakeholder Management, Procurement & Vendor Management, Site Operations, Events Management and Administrative.

**Requirements**:

- ITE / Diploma / Degree equivalent qualification in hospitality / M&E / Property / Facilities Management / Engineering-related disciplines.
- Min 3 - 5 years’ experience. Professional within CMMS tool and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects and operational matters on a daily basis.
- Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
- Capacity to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems.
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office.
