Job Description:
Ensure all non-patient invoices are accurate and sent promptly within billing procedures
Prepare and post journal entries transactions
Ensure receipts are recorded accurately
Ensure billing and accounts receivables process comply with company policies and statutory requirements
Process customer refunds for retail and online sales
Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure receipts are received promptly
Resolve issues/problems on invoices and collections with relevant teams and departments
Prepare Bank and Sales Reconciliations
Prepare monthly schedules
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting
Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of accounting processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
