Prepare and deliver accurate monthly workload and revenue reports
Ensure timely submission of workload reports to relevant stakeholders
Prepare and deliver Executive Information System (EIS) report as scheduled
Extract and analyse workload data from reports
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using extracted data
Refresh the monthly financial dashboard in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
Extract patient statistics for database maintenance
Clean up and manage closed IOs (Internal Orders) in the system
Assist in Site Finance Fixed Asset Sighting, ensuring all assets are accounted for and properly recorded
Perform ad hoc data extraction and reconciliation tasks as required by the team or management
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis when appropriate
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data used in reports and dashboards
Implement and maintain data quality checks and balances
Identify and suggest improvements to existing reporting processes and data management system
Work effectively with various departments to gather necessary data and information
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Finance or Accountancy is a must
Proficiency in MS Office applications and data visualization tools
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organized, meticulous, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as a team in a dynamic environment
