Job Title: Operations Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

The Operations Maintenance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of traffic and security communication systems.

  • Provide corrective and preventive maintenance for traffic and security communication systems to meet client SLAs.
  • Assist in project execution within scheduled and specified time frames.
  • Follow established Corrective/Preventive Maintenance work schedules to meet specific standards and procedures, maintaining relevant written records as applicable.
  • Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs for analysis and review.
  • Be available to perform scheduled night shifts when needed.
  • Participate in on-call and standby procedures along with other required responsibilities.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety work procedures at all times.
  • Undertake minor repair or maintenance work within the company.
  • Recommend improvements for work processes that increase efficiency.
  • Ensure periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance and cleaning are completed and reported.
  • Adhere to company business operations and SOPs at all times.
  • Actively participate in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities to achieve Company KPIs, ISO objectives, and targets.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • A valid Class 3 license.
  • The ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
  • Resourcefulness, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently.
