About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Specialist to oversee outsourced facilities management service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance teams in scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance activities.
  • Verify preventive works and ensure timely follow-up to maintain systems in operational condition.
  • Manage service incidents and investigate breakdowns to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Partner with EHS on permits, licenses, and regulatory engagement with relevant authorities.
  • Develop and maintain site standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Facility/Building/Property/Estate Management, with 3+ years' experience in facilities operations.
