Maintenance Operations Specialist

About this role:
Job Title: Maintenance Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and performing various maintenance works.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Performing scheduled preventive and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems, mechanical, electrical, fire system, plumbing, and general building maintenance works.
- Conducting daily checks to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Coordinating site activities (contractors) for ongoing projects and overseeing daily activities of site staff.
- Completing planned preventative maintenance schedules on time and in a professional manner, recorded and issued to stakeholders each month.
- Investigating and analyzing the causes of building defects and completing reactive maintenance as per Service Level Agreements.
- Ensuring adherence to statutory and government rules and regulations within the scope of work being undertaken.
About your skills and qualifications:
- You have extensive experience in maintenance operations and possess a strong understanding of fire safety, air conditioning, drainage, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, water, lighting, housekeeping, fire protection, planned preventative maintenance, electrical, air quality, compliance, and facilities management principles.
