Job Title: Maintenance Operations Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant and facilities equipment.

You will be involved in regular inspections of all equipment rooms and other facilities, using predefined checklists to identify any problems that need attention. You will also be required to provide technical recommendations and guidance to duty technicians, as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be the front line for maintenance needs, dealing directly with clients who require equipment fixes. You will need to be skilled in carrying out repairs and able to get hold of vendors quickly if necessary. You will also be responsible for implementing equipment moves, adds, and changes, while ensuring compliance with local governmental rules and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have certification and experience in electrical or mechanical repair, as well as previous experience in a facilities and maintenance role. Good communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential, as you will need to clearly report issues and problems, and provide clear instruction to repair bugs and malfunctions.
