Job Title: Operations Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Maintenance Specialist to oversee and execute all facilities maintenance related work services. This role involves managing building, facilities, and M&E works for effective and efficient operations facility performance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising M&E installation and maintenance work as needed. They will also work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve technical issues, attend M&E related meetings, and prepare related reports.

This position requires the ability to plan, control, and coordinate mechanical and electrical works. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities maintenance related work services.
  • Manage building/facilities/M&E works for effective and efficient operations facility performance.
  • Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance work as needed.
  • Work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve technical issues.
  • Attend M&E related meetings and prepare related reports.
  • Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works.
  • Schedule, monitor, and supervise the progress of works.
  • Prepare and follow-up on client inquiries and quotations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, or Facilities Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations.
