Job Description

As a Senior Executive, Student Talent Attraction and Development, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing undergraduate student talent development, leadership skills, and interdisciplinary collaborations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with IT systems.

Responsibilities include supporting the effective management of talent development programmes for undergraduate students, working closely with colleges, schools, offices, and vendors to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.

Key objectives include developing marketing and promotional materials for scholarships, managing scholarship application and selection processes, maintaining engagement with scholarship recipients, and providing administrative support throughout their educational journey.

Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of initiatives with institutional goals, collaborate with external partners to support student programmes, and assist in tracking and evaluating programme effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Communications, or related disciplines from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting or managing talent/leadership programmes, scholarships, or large-scale student initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with IT systems.
  • Able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
