Talent Development and Engagement Executive

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Development and Engagement Executive to drive business outcomes through people-centric initiatives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will design and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy, fostering employee engagement and career growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of talent development initiatives.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate talent development into our overall business strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
