
Executive Talent Development Leader

As a strategic People & Culture leader, you will be responsible for shaping our organization's culture where people thrive and business grows.
About the Role- This is a leadership position that requires partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that fuel business success.
- You will oversee the full employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.
- We need someone to run smooth HR cycles, including performance management, talent reviews, and compensation processes.

- Key responsibilities include strengthening succession plans through targeted development programmes and learning initiatives.
- This role involves driving transformation projects such as SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and C&B improvements.
- Our team member will partner with COEs and stakeholders to boost engagement through focus groups and action plans.
- The right person will support compliance activities and represent the company in union engagement and collective bargaining.
- We are looking for someone to build and run talent acquisition programmes, including Management Trainee and Internship pipelines.
- The successful candidate will lead employer branding campaigns, career fairs, and university partnerships to attract top talent.
- We need a professional who can train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and ensure consistent hiring standards.
- This role requires delivering engaging onboarding experiences that set new joiners up for success.
- The ideal candidate will manage recruitment budgets and channels to deliver cost-effective hiring solutions.
- This role requires owning internal communications and keeping employees connected through various channels.
- The successful candidate will lead engagement activities including monthly townhalls and the annual business conference.
- We are looking for someone who can partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our intranet is the heartbeat of employee engagement.
