User Support:
Provide first-line support for HRIS-related inquiries from HR staff and employees, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
System Maintenance:
Assist in the maintenance and administration of HR Systems such as system configurations and updates, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Advisory Services:
Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams, offering insights and recommendations on HRIS capabilities to improve HR processes and workflows.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights into HR metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes, user guides, and training materials to support ongoing learning and system usage, and support the periodic updates of HR Intranet Policy Pages.
Risk Management:
Manage risks by performing ad-hoc user access review activities.
Project Support:
Assist in HRIS-related projects, including implementations and integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
