Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract
Work Location: Raffles Place
Job Responsibilities:
- User Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution for HR staff and employees.
- System Maintenance: Support the administration and upkeep of HR systems, including configurations, updates, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Advisory Services: Provide guidance to HR teams on HRIS capabilities, recommending improvements to enhance HR processes and workflows.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HRIS reports to offer insights into HR metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Work with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements that drive efficiency in HR operations.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation for HRIS processes, while assisting in periodic updates of HR Intranet Policy Pages.
- Risk Management: Conduct ad-hoc user access reviews to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Project Support: Assist in HRIS-related projects, including system implementations and integrations, aligning with organizational objectives.
Requirements for Ideal Candidate:
- Min. Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS support, HR operations, or a related role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous and independent with ability to multi-task and envision connectivity between different processes and systems.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and HR processes.
- Experience in Workday will be an advantage.
