HR Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with experience using the BIPO HR system to support our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process payroll, attendance, and leave administration using BIPO HR system.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle benefits administration and employee queries related to HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics for decision-making.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Proven experience using BIPO HR system for HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, employee records management, and labor laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational company.
- Familiarity with other HRIS or payroll systems.
