About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our continuous improvement efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving improvement initiatives, analyzing and enhancing operational processes, establishing global operational standards, and developing and managing dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Operations Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies.
- Analyze and enhance operational processes and workflows using continuous improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, and Gemba.
- Implement strategies that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Establish global operational standards across all functions, ensuring adherence to essential practices such as 5 S, Labour Management, Continuous Improvement, and Process Management.
- Share and promote best practices through effective knowledge management.
- Develop and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Operations Excellence.
