Sales & Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations and tenders.
Handle sales inquiries and follow up with clients on potential leads.
Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system.
Tender & Documentation:
Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines.
Coordinate with relevant departments for the compilation of technical and commercial documentation.
Track tender submissions and update the tender status reports.
Technical Drawing & Submission:
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare and review project drawings.
Ensure all drawings and related documentation meet client requirements.
Handle submissions to authorities or clients as needed.
Project Coordination:
Act as a point of contact between sales, technical teams, and project supervisors.
Provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any coordination issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in sales support, project coordination, or tender preparation.
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software for drawing preparation is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advantage with HVAC experience
