Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Sales & Marketing Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager. Commercially astute with proven sales management experience and ability of achieving sales goals for Transient, Groups, MICE and/or Corporate Event Catering segments. Strong Groups/MICE experience preferred. Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style Ability to communicate and connect with all levels, while demonstrating an unsurpassed customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty
