TCM Operations Management Position
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to support our day-to-day operations and drive strategic improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee office management, scheduling, and documentation processes.
- Promote operational efficiencies through process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with human resources and finance-related tasks as needed.
- Support the development of clinic operations and implementation of new initiatives.
Requirements:
- Citizenship or permanent residency in Singapore required.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or marketing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design or marketing tools.
- Prior experience in TCM group or chain clinic operations is an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to facilitate effective communication.
