About Office of Lifelong Learning and Innovation This is a new office set up in 2025 dedicated to shaping growth in SUTD lifelong learning programmes. The office will lead and strategize the development and implementation of business plans across the faculty from the Pillars and Clusters in strategic areas. About The Role We are looking for a candidate to join OLLI as Business Development Senior Manager/Manager. This role is offered on a contract basis. Job Responsibilities Research and analyze market trends, identify opportunities and gaps for strategic planning. Prospect for new clients, build a sales pipeline, and establish strategic partnerships to open up new markets. Develop and maintain collaborations with new and existing partners, and stakeholders. Create and convey SUTD’s value propositions, and manage the project cycle to meet targets. Work with internal faculty teams to develop new products, services, and business proposals based on market demand and university goals. Prepare reports on new revenue streams, develop forecasts, and measure performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide training to internal faculty teams and assist with customer inquiries and issues. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in the Continuing Education and Training (CET) sector & Post-graduate degree sector and understand the P&L implementation At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development and Partnerships in both local and overseas markets Proven ability to work with diverse teams of different disciplines #J-18808-Ljbffr
