Drawing on unparalleled access to the multi-disciplinary expertise of 16 other NUS Faculties/Schools, SCALE offers youth, executive and professional development/education programmes, part-time degree programmes, as well as modular courses that may be taken singly or stacked towards certificates/diplomas/degrees that meet the lifelong learning needs of individuals. All programmes are designed and developed in consultation with the industry to ensure relevance and currency.

**_About the Role_**

Reporting to the Associate Director, the incumbent assists in a wide range of administrative duties that need to be executed in an effective and efficient manner to support the smooth functioning of the unit.

This role is offered on a six-month, fixed-term contract basis.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Administrative support for planning and management of short courses, including preparing teaching engagement contracts, client contracts, programme schedules and info sessions.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders, such as faculty members and operations team on course details including interim changes in a timely manner.
- Assist in the delivery of short courses.
- Assist in procurement paperwork for programme needs
- Assist in other ad hoc projects, assigned by supervisor/HOD.

**Requirements**:
**Academic & Professional Certification**
- Polytechnic Diploma and above

**Experience & Attributes**
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior events/conference management experience would be a plus.
- Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude.
- Familiarity with graphic design software and platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results
- oriented and ambiguous work environment
