**Temporary Administrative Assistant, Fragrance in Singapore - Your future position?**
Job type: Temporary
Location: Pioneer, Singapore
Reporting to: Business Development Director
As an Administrative Assistant, Fragrance with Givaudan, you will support the daily tasks within Givaudan Fragrance Business Development Team. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Business Development Director and also will:
- Prepare fragrance collections/programs (incl. fragrance sample labeling and printing of booklets)
- Local/overseas market products/fragrance samples dispatch arrangement
- Support eScential Manager in maintaining fragrance collection and tracking collection performance
- Manage market products requests and market product library
- Provide back-office support to the Business Development team
- Procure and prepare market products, props and mood boards for workshops/events
- Keep track of selling portfolio, price list, win list and fragrance profile index for main client(s).
- Maintain project list and status updates for main client(s).
- Coordinate and help set up sales/marketing workshops/events, especially in Singapore
- Schedule meetings, events and client's visits to ensure all logistics are well-planned
- Sales project tracker reporting

- Min. Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in Sales/Business Development Support, Office Administration, or Event Management.
