**About the Role**

Reporting to the Vice Dean (L3 Data Stewardship), the incumbent shall assist in a wide range of administrative duties that need to be executed in an effective and efficient manner to support a data clean-up and billing rectification project.

This role is offered on a 1 to 3-month fixed-term (part-time or full-time) contract basis.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Updating of system records
- Submitting requests for issuance of Credit Notes
- Assisting with the end-to-end process of Invoice cancellation & re-issue
- Other operational tasks as maybe assigned

**Requirements**:
**Academic & Professional Certification**
- Minimum GCE O Level or higher

**Experience & Attributes**
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Highly efficient with good time management
- Strong sense of responsibility & urgency
- Experience with SAP accounting system is an added advantage
