Team management role with large scale SAP project in the pipeline Grow together with a fast growing company About the company Our client is a fast growing company with over 10 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced Head of SAP to join their team.About the job Developing and execute the applications (mainly SAP) strategy / roadmap aligned with overall business goals. Leading SAP project planning sessions and ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope. This includes maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources Define and maintain the overarching retail application architecture for all systems (e.g., e-commerce, POS, CRM, WMS) to ensure scalability, security, and seamless integration Drive Innovation with AI: Identify, evaluate, and champion the adoption of AI, Machine Learning (ML), and other emerging technologies to enhance business processes and create new opportunities. Managing the SAP team, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management. Collaborating with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in SAP.
