Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and assess Carriers (Airfreight) performance to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Airlines and Logistics Service Providers to negotiate favorable rates and ensure service standards.
Engage and drive carrier engagement/procurement process, involving RFQ bidding with Carriers to secure the best rates in pricing and space for cost efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Innovation and Operations team) to develop cost-effective Air product solutions for potential clients and optimize procurement processes aligned with business goals.
Execute air procurement strategies to maximize revenue through Air product solutions enhancement.
Manage contract administration including rate negotiations, service commitments, and performance metrics.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key airline/Logistics Service Providers partners.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in a Global Logistics Company or Airline/Air Freight industry.
Deep understanding of Air spot rates and Supply Chain Management.
Strong negotiation skills with airlines and logistics service providers.
Well-versed in international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.
Proven track record in Air cargo sales experience - B2B Sales and Marketing.
Established good connections with Airlines/Carriers and/or other co-loaders.
