Job Title:
PDI Operations Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PDI Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating work related to Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI), ensuring the quality of new cars meets customer expectations and providing administrative and technical support to Sales personnel.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Technicians and contractors to ensure efficient PDI work.
  • Administer all PDI documentations including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders, and GRNs.
  • Monitor PDI work assigned to Technicians and ensure timely completion.
  • Perform quality checks on PDI work by Technicians and contractors.
  • Liaise with contractors to perform necessary PDI work.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at delivery by ensuring the quality of new cars meets expectations.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to Sales personnel at the point of delivery.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have at least NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent, minimum 1 year relevant PDI experience, and possess a valid Class 3 driving license. The ability to work overtime when required is also essential.
