**Our Client is looking for a Pre-Delivery Inspection Coordinator to join their team.
**Job Details**

Position: PDI Coordinator (Automotive)

**Salary**: $3,200 - $3,500

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Thurs) / 8.30pm - 6.00pm (Fri) / 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alt Sat Off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to prepare new car for workshop loading to sales to meet customer required delivery date and quality.
- Adhere to deadlines for new car delivery
- Assist in monitoring and daily closing of vehicle Repair Order meet the required SOPs
- Assist in new car warranty claims and submits to Warranty Department and monitor and dispose warranty replacement parts in warranty store-room
- Assist in administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations
- Plan & prepare daily PDI loading list, prepare job order for every car
- Liaise with Vehicle Admin staff on new car preparation requirement
- Work and plan closely with Workshop Supervisor for productive loading.
- Liaise with technician/polisher, paintwork, sales, transporter before/after car ready and deliver.

**Job Requirements**
- 3 years relevant working experience (Planning and Coordinating)
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Possesses a valid class 3 driving license would be preferred.
- Meticulous and well organized in area of work

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement
