Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PDI Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the coordination of work involved in Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI).

The successful candidate will administer all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs. You will also assign and monitor PDI work by technicians, liaise with contractors for necessary PDI work, perform quality checks on PDI work, and ensure the quality of new cars meets customer expectations.

You will provide administrative and technical support to sales personnel at the point of delivery and liaise for outstanding PDI work after delivery. Any other duties assigned from time to time will also be part of your responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. At least NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent preferred.
  2. Minimum 1 year relevant PDI experience preferred.
  3. Possess valid Class 3 driving license is a must.
  4. Must be able to work overtime when required.
