Our Client in the Automotive Industry(Prestigious brand) is looking for a Pre-Delivery Inspection Assistant to join them team.

**Position: PDI Assistant (Automotive)**

**Salary: $1,800 - $2,500 + OT**

**Location: West**

**Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate creation of PDI RO to perform PDI on new vehicles
- Facilitate the issuance of PO with proper costing & assign job to in-house contractor (sub-let job)
- Supervise contractors to ensure quality completion of jobs carried out
- Perform QC checks on vehicles after PDI completion for QA inspection
- Draw out parts from parts store to supply to new vehicle
- Receive Parts from suppliers and to account for the stocks in details
- Arrange for transport companies to deliver vehicles to end user
- Upkeep and maintain the work premises for proper daily usage
- Update vehicle stock count and tracking of car movement in and out of licensed warehouse
- Secured licensed warehouse after movement of vehicles
- Review & validate PDI RO / PO to consolidate the final invoicing
- Assist Vehicle Admin dept. to take photos for homologation purpose
- Inspect vehicles when they arrive in licensed warehouse
- Notify Vehicle Admin Executive / Manager on any defects or missing items
- Manage vehicle storage parking in bonded area
- Support Sales Dept. in preparing new cars for demo display at designated location eg. shopping centre
- Carry out job duties with due diligence as assign by Manager / Executive at ad-hoc basis

**Requirements**:

- **At least 3 years of experience in motor trade industry**:

- Min NITEC and above
- **Strong knowledge of standard operating procedure importance**:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- **Strong knowledge of different parts of vehicle and its functions**

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement
