**Job Summary**

  • A challenging opportunity exists for an experienced and dedicated Programme Coordinator to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating monthly activities, collecting evaluation feedback, assisting with seniors inquiries, and ensuring the availability of equipment and supplies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and coordinate monthly activities for seniors.
  • Collect evaluation and feedback on activities.
  • Assist with seniors inquiries and provide information and referrals.
  • Ensure the availability of equipment and supplies.
  • Procure materials for activities, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Support Program Executive in budget management and maintain program databases.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Community & Social Services or related field.
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • Experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm.
