You will work closely with stakeholders, community members, and partner organisations to identify community needs and develop programmes that address those needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify community needs and conceptualising charitable programmes
- Creating detailed project plans, outlining goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
- Overseeing the effective and efficient implementation of charitable programmes
- Coordinating with team members, volunteers, stakeholders, and partner organisations to ensure successful execution of programme activities
- Managing programme budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
- Developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of charitable programmes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of working experience
- Proven experience in programme coordination, social services, or community development
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently plan, execute, and evaluate programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
