About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Programme Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating charitable programmes, developing project plans, and managing budgets.

You will work closely with stakeholders, community members, and partner organisations to identify community needs and develop programmes that address those needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify community needs and conceptualising charitable programmes
  • Creating detailed project plans, outlining goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Overseeing the effective and efficient implementation of charitable programmes
  • Coordinating with team members, volunteers, stakeholders, and partner organisations to ensure successful execution of programme activities
  • Managing programme budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
  • Developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of charitable programmes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Proven experience in programme coordination, social services, or community development
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently plan, execute, and evaluate programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
