We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Programmes Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing programmes, ensuring they meet the needs of residents and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about programme management and wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
About the RoleThe Programme Coordinator will play a key role in developing, executing, and evaluating programmes to improve the well-being of residents.
This includes:
- Developing and implementing programme plans to meet the needs of residents
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Maintaining records and reports to track programme outcomes and challenges
The Programme Coordinator will also be responsible for facilitating enhancements to existing programmes, working closely with the Case Management department, and ensuring residents attend programmes regularly.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum NITEC qualification in a relevant field
- Fresh graduates with relevant studies and certifications are welcome to apply
- Pleasant and outgoing personality, strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in non-profit organizations and managing events is preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
