Programme Coordinator

The Programme Executive plays a pivotal role in the planning, coordination and execution of programme events and activities that cater to the needs of families with intellectually disabled members. This involves collaborating with various direct community services, including Home-based Care Services, Me Too Club, Special Student Care Centres and Appropriate Adult Services.
This proactive thinker and resourceful team player works closely with colleagues across the organization to plan each programme, guide partners/volunteers/vendors in smooth delivery and connect/coordinate with other organizations for collaborative, inclusive and client-centric programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct needs assessments to support development of programmes based on client/caregiver needs
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programme implementation
- Deliver programmes that impact clients/caregivers, including programme evaluation
- Degree/Diploma with 1-2 years working experience
- Social Service sector/programme management experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and interest in understanding and serving persons with intellectual disability and their caregivers
- Understanding of and commitment to core values
- Self-driven and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
