(Role Overview)
As support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
(Key Responsibilities)
Workday System Operations & Support
Provide operational support for Core HCM and Benefits modules in Workday.
Perform data maintenance and manage processes such as Hiring, Job Change, Termination, and employee lifecycle events.
Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with HR teams for audits.
Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT or Workday support teams.
Maintain educational records and employee profiles in Workday.
Administrative & Operational Support
Process death gratuity and manage transport reimbursements.
Coordinate training logistics, including registration and payments.
Manage departmental assets and inventory.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with problem-solving experience.
High standards of data accuracy and compliance.
Proactive in identifying operational gaps and developing solutions.
Experience in data analysis and report generation using MS Excel and related tools.
